Description: The E.A. Mellinger Educational Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship is available to undergraduate students from Western Illinois. You must be a resident of Fulton, Henderson, Knox, McDonough, Mercer or Warren County to be eligible for this award, which is available to junior and senior students and students in diploma schools of nursing.
